With this link, don’t be dick and just complain when you meet Officer Asshole like I did. Most CBSA officers are actually good. The problem in the CBSA is that the one who transfer their personal frustration to visitors are not dealt with, because the other CBSA officers don’t want to rock the boat. Complement those officers that do their job well for Canada.
Given that, if you’re dealing with Officer Asshole, this is the link where you file a complaint the CBSA officer who doesn’t represent Canadian values. I assume they take it and send it to form submission graveyard.
